Swing the bat using the Playdate's unique "Crank" controls.
The playdate is held sideways so the crank mimics a baseball bat.
In this meta-narrative Baseball game your character falls in love with a game and is waiting for it's sequel, but they may wait for the rest of their life. you can collect money and buy cartridges to try different spin-offs of the main game.

if you don't have a playdate you can use the official emulator by downloading the playdate SDK from their website.

Am I missing something? The only way the vending machine moves is motion controls? Makes it damn near impossible to buy the next game.
there are two styles of controls, in "CRANK" you control the vending machine by rotating the crank and in "CRANKLESS" you can only control it by slightly tilting the playdate left and right while already holding it sidways. ( you can choose the style everytime you start the game)
Crank controls are the recommended style, crankless controls are only available for players who face issues using the crank.
